Absolutely Frustrated Customer!!!

Good Day, I am one frustrated customer. Last year I took my car to the Tiger Wheel and Tyre at the Glen, to do wheel alignment and they scratched all four of my rims. I was told that they will get back to me regarding this matter, yet nothing was done. I went back yesterday with a brand new set of rims and once again, all of my rims came back scratched. The gentleman I dealt with each time was Patrick. When I brought it to their attention, not one of them took me seriously and they all came up with silly excuses as to why it was like that. Once again, I was told that someone would get back to me, and I am still waiting. This is not on!!!
