A very ****ty Customer Service I have ever seen in its industry

<p>Yesterday, I decided to take my car in for a special that is running at TWT where they will do Wheel Alignment, Wheel Balancing, Tyre Rotation and safety check for R300. When I arrived, I asked as to how much does it costs to do wheel alignment alone on my Fortuner and he told me that it will cost me R330. This, well, surprised me as it actually costs more to do one service as opposed to doing everything in a car. I needed an explaination on this and the guy who was helping me did not even have a clue of what promotion I was talking about.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then told him that if it will cost me more to do one thing (wheel alignment) then I might as well do everything on promotion for R300. He, as expected, did not listen and just continued to do only a wheel alignment and he told me that we will not argue with me over R30. This meant that he will charge me R300 for alignment. He was just all over the show trying to pretend that he knows everything. I even wanted them to give me the list of prices of different services they offer, they told me that they didn't have??? I mean really?? What bull**** is that?</p> <p> </p> <p>That is the worst service I ever got when I am taking my car anywhere for a service. For argument sake, I took my car to Soweto (no-name spares shop) on Wednesday to change tyres and their service that I got there was the best one compared to that of Tiger Wheel and Tyre in Midrand. They even went on to check the tyres that I was not going to change to make sure that they are in good order, this included balancing them for me. I must say that this guy behaved like this after his boss has left for a day. I won't be surprised it TWT - Midrand continue to loose clients because of this ****ty amateurish behavior of employee. </p> <p> </p> <p>After this wheel alignment, my car has started to shake when I am driving over 100 km/h even though they did take it outside for a test drive. Is this how TWT works now? You go to them for assistance and it looks like they simply mess up your car even more. Now I have to go to another garage to fix it at my own cost. Nx!</p> <p> </p> <p>I will NEVER take my car to Tiger Wheel and Tyre again because of this ****ty way of doing things they practice.</p>
