DISAPPOINTED IN TIGER PANELBEATERS.

i was referred by Santam to a couple of their preferred panelbeaters and chose Tiger Panelbeaters in Parow. They repaired my bumper but I received my vehicle with which I thought was mechanical problems. I told the receptionist that I am not happy with this seeing that my vehicle was in perfect running condition when I left it with them. I took my car to Dup Diesel for a diagnostic test and concluded that my driver injection unit had water in the plugs and this is the result of the enjin not running as it should. Thus not a mechanical problem with the enjin as originally thought. I tried many a time with emails and phone calls requesting that i want to speak to the owner of Tiger Panelbeaters but have not received answer from the owner, only the receptionist, which avoids this problem i have. I emailed my request towards them with the costs involved in getting my vehicle to run again and friendly requested that they review my request and reimburse the money i spend on the diagnostic test as well as the cost of a New Driver injector unit. I have not heard anything except its not their responsibility. Thus I'm turning to hellopeter and I will go to Santam to voice my concern of this establishment which currently enjoys being on their preferred panel.
