Exceptionally bad Service

Astoundingly bad service. I purchased a vehicle from them after being promised that it was a reliable, fuel efficient car. This was on a Friday - on my way to work the very next Monday the engine management light ignited - I returned to the dealership where i was given a nonsense story and told to ignore the fault. within the first week i found a plethora of additional problems and breakages which i had not noticed on purchase. On informing them that i wanted to return the car i was refused and had to seek legal assistance that after a lengthy battle afforded me the ability to return the vehicle. A debit order was signed with the dealership and two months after returning the vehicle is still going off my account. i have to contact them monthly to get my money back and even that takes a minimum of 5 days to be reimbursed.
