Worms in porridge

On the 20th of April the morning we had breakfast we where eating and while consuming this horrific oats my husband came across a worm

Which we probably ate already we woke up this morning my son is ill as well as my husband there are literally ****en spider webs in the oats is this what you are giving people to consume what the **** is wrong with you people they can't even eat all they do is throw up and ****.

On the 21st April get a call and wasn't satisfied with the call (bad service) they then said they will collect the pack to "tested" and collected it today is the 13th I haven't received my money back no phone call as they said multiple times they where going to call I don't know what to do anymore they are just horrible.
