Worms in Morvite

I found worms and their webs in my childs Morvite. He loves morvite and I make it daily for him. Today I made a bowl for myself and to my absolute shock. I was chewing and felt something in my mouth, spat it out and it was a worm. Checked my bowl further and found more worms. I have pictures. I’m worried about my sons health now
