Worms in Aunt Caroline rice

Good day, On the 20th June 2020 I opened a bag or Rice which purchased about 2 weeks ago from The Checkers Hyper store in Cornubia, Durban and Inside this bag i found worms. When i called the store they said contact you directly as they cannot assist. I have been trying to call the customer care number but cannot get a hold of anyone the line is just dead.This is unacceptable especially through this difficult period and i am very disappointed with the product.Please can you assist me with a refund I am tired of running around trying to sort this out. i have a video of this and pictures as well but cannot get an email to send this to.
