Worm in pasta

I sent an enquiry via Tiger brands website almost 1 month ago and to date no response from them. I bought spaghetti in my monthly groceries and when I opened it found a worm in the pasta. it was disgusting but the lack of interest and response from this organisation is far more disgusting.
