Worm in my chocolate

I purchased a TV Bar chocolate from a local supermarket, thank God I opened it for my 2 year old. Only to find a worm inside, still alive moving around. Called customer service numerous times and received terrible service from their agents, asked for a manager and was advised they would call, still nothing. Only to be shoved off with a R20 discount code, can they be for real???? They expect me to back off with a discount. I'm disgusted by their service.
