Worm Eggs in Golden Cloud ****in Mix

I purchased one of your products-Golden Cloud ****in mix at Game Stores, Midrand. On opening to make it, it was filled with worm eggs and dead worms and what looked like cobb webs on the package.<br> <br> This is totally unacceptable. Can someone please contact me regarding this!
