Worm and eggs found in Beacon TV Bar 47g chocolate

I purchased a Beacon TV Bar 47g, white chocolate, and upon opening saw a brown worm crawling in the paper and dozens of small eggs also in the wrapper. I immediately sent an email to Tiger Brands and got a response that I will be contacted within 24 hours. It has been more than 24 hours and I still have not received any feedback or no one has contacted me regarding the matter. It is totally disgusting and unacceptable. Thank goodness I checked before eating the chocolate otherwise who knows what could have happened. I am really disappointed regarding this incident. Best believe that I won't be buying TV Bars in the near future.
