Won Nintendo switch on Tinkies/Tiger brands that never delivered

I entered Tinkies competition and luckily I got call in first week June to be notified that I HAVE WON A NINTENDO SWITCH and prize will be delivered in two weeks.

After for weeks a I made a follow up call as I have not received my prize and they said I will get it in the next 2 or 3 days because they are dispatched. After a week nothing again was delivered I was told that prizes have been send to DSV and I will get it again in 2 or 3 days ....Still nothing.

After a week u called them again they said DSV cannot find my address and I confirmed with them my address.

Last on Wednesday morning I called them again I was told that they will send their driver to make a special delivery later in the afternoon I made a follow up call and they said I must call after 5 minutes as they check how far was the driver. I called after 25 min and this time I got a shock of my life....I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE TO INVESTIGATE ON WHAT happened TO MY prize.How pathetic because driver was out with a parcel. They again said I must call next week as usual. I called them on Monday I was told to call on Tuesday again. Tuesday I got a final nail to my coffin. THEY said that prize delivered on Thursday I asked the who signed for it as I was home the whole week.

They said that they will send a proof of delivery in the next 5min....nothing came again as usual.

I called again after 3 hours and same answer again...I will send it in the next five minutes... TIll this day today nothing sent.

I feel like my emotions were played here I was taken for granted. Why do you run a competitions and you fail to deliver????????
