White Star has thread or spider web

Over the past weekend I bought a maize meal from Shoprite and it has something like a thread or spider web. I am so not happy with this. I sent a message to white star super maize meal Facebook account and Whatsapp number: *** to this day there has not yet been a response. Customer's don't deserve such a bad services meanwhile just wasted my money
