Where's the strawberry?

Let me assure you that the "strawberry-flavoured" Jungle instant oats tastes like any other Jungle instant oats. It's very disappointing. I can't taste or smell or see any strawberry. When I took it up with Tiger Brands, I was told that they would escalate the complaint and test the batch. They kindly sent me an electronic voucher to buy another from another batch, which I did, because I found it hard to believe that a company of this stature would falsely advertise a product. But more, the call centre will not give you access to any brand manager to discuss the issue. I see there's a banana-flavoured variety too, but I won't be trying it.
