Weevils in my 1kg box jungle oats

On the 5 of May I logged a complaint about weevils in my 1kg box of jungle oats, the weevils was full inside, and looked absolutely disgusting, I sent pictures and video of this, they was supposed to get back to me, and I still haven't gotten feedback from them, there seriousness in this issue is just as terrible as the weevils in there jungle oats, they don't take there consumers seriously, I'm highly irritated, and I know they will come up with a story of trying to contact me, which I know is not true, cause you trying to say from the 5 of may no one was able to get hold of me, don't take your customers for fools!!!!
