Webs,worms and mould in chocolate

I have purchased a symphony range slab of chocolate and to my surprise when I opened it to consume it had mould,webs and a worm like insect.i have contacted the suppliers as well as the company that manufactures the goods.service recieved from them where horrific.i wasnt happy with the outcome as I have spoken to joshaphine from tigerbrands telling her the goods had almost been consumed by kids and I was going to post this on helopeter as well as social media.her response was you can go ahead and do that.all they did was offer a refund and to replace the product.i had taken the product back to the store and the entire batch had the same result,filled with mould,webs and worms.
