VERY POOR SERVICE

I complained last year late about poor quility enterprise sausages till today no feedback.3 weeks ago complaint about poor quality oatso easy being hard and missing porridge in box.Lady at call centre promised they will send some voucher on my phone till today nothing.Realy poor for such a big company we support daily in our household.This post was added on Facebook 2 days ago and to date nobody contacted me.Realy realy disappointed in such a big household brand no customer service because they are such a big brand looks like they dont care about bad reviews!
