Very dissapointed

I just want to bring it under your attention I've been using the perfect touch gel wax for years and it works for me but the latest tub I bought the texture of it is thin like normal gel and it makes my hair greasy and that never happened in the past i am really disappointed because I always recommend your brand to others.Hope you will look into the matter.
