VERY DISAPPOINTED & HIGHLY IRRITATED

Trust you are doing well.

I'd like to bring to your attention what my experience was. Today I used the Golden Cloud 2,5kg cake flour purchased at your Lenteguer Devland store I bought in December which only expires 08/05/2021.

I found 2 worms thus far in this packet with small eggs on, I am so nauseated & disgusted by this. As times are already tough surely you can understand my frustration, due to the fact that this was the last ingredient I threw in the recipe and now I have to dispose of all of this which includes my eggs, baking soda, sugar, butter & amasi all of which were my last. I have spoken to Saa**** who advised me to send you an email. I have also told Saa**** that I refuse to come in to the store & feel that it should be delivered to me. I do not feel the need to waste my petrol, time or money to come & return & collect a new packet or a refund.

So I would appreciate your cooperation. As I've told Saa**** I normally revert to social media because I can be difficult but I felt it to be fair that you know what my experience was before reverting to such means. I know what it's like as I also deal with clients and complaints.

So before you respond to my email please can I ask that you 1st engage with Saa**** around this matter. I regularly shop at your store & have never come across such a matter. I do not have an issue with Devland but with this product & the quality thereof.

So the above email was what I sent on the 7th February 2021 and no response until I decided to call the Company today, any way I am still irritated but my main frustration is that all GOLDEN CLOUD - TIGER BRANDS offered me was a lousy R30 OFF the next product I'd purchase from them which mind you was sent out of their SLA of 72hours. Highly pathetic!!! Who's to say I'd trust their product or want to buy again after such an experience. I had to use my airtime to call these companies. So irritated by this.
