Very disappointed Customer

My mother bought the variety box of Jungle oats and found a couple packets inside to be just one big hard lump of rock. She called them they gave her an emailed address to send pictures too etc - she asked me to do this for her so I sent the pictures of the packets to the email address given. I tried to email over 10 times and it kept bouncing back saying email address box is full - she has tried to call and sits on the phone forever waiting for someone to answer only to be given the same email address that doesn't work - their customer services is ********** and so unhelpful - my mother has sworn she will not buy another brand of these again she is so disappointed in their air of not caring in the least of their food being of very low standard - I am disappointed that they have show no interest at all. I wont buy any of their brands either .
