Unsatisfied

So i have just opened a new packet of tastic basmati rice and just to find a worm and stringy stuff inside the and on the open supposed to be sealed package... I paid R97 for this and now have to chuck the packet... I find this un acceptable and really would like something to be done.. We pay a fortune for food just to find this bad quality
