I trust you are well.

I purchased your Purity food number 8 at checkers, pick n pay and shoprite now already. The macaroni beef is usually solid everywhere I purchased it. I bought food in the beginning of the month and it is storage in a cool cupboard not that we had hot weather. When I opened it on the weekend, it was like a liquid texture. Not at all as it is supposed to be. My girl did not even want to eat it. I checked the second one and exactly the same with an expiring date of 2027. Why does the food I purchased have a liquid, slimmy texture?

This is my child's health and wellbeing. I need feedback urgently please.
