Unhappy loyal customer

I bought ace instant porridge... I'm honestly not happy with it. It has an off taste and the porridge powder looks rough as if it was stored in a damp area... I'm truly disappointed

My daughters really love the porridge... But since this ordeal... We won't be eating the brand any more
