Unhappy customer

I called Tiger Brands on the 22.02.2025 complaining of the content that was in their maize meal that looked scary and they promised to come and collect the sample within 72 hours but to my surprise i received a message from them offering me a coupon of R180 treating the safety of my families like some kind of charity. I feel disrespected by the company.
