Total disgust

I am very disappointed with Tiger Brands I bought a purity for my baby and when I tried to feed her green disgusting things were coming out of it I reached out to Tiger Brands via email and they rep**** by asking me for the description of the product they even sent me a WhatsApp number to send the pictures of the product and I did all off that and they never rep**** or said anything to me a week later I sent them an email again and they sent a courier guy to come and fetch the product since then they haven't communicated with me and this query was filled in September so to me they showing incompetence I am very disgusted by the service firstly what if I had fed my child that purity and my child got sick or worse died? Secondly they come and fetch the product but don't communicate with me afterwards that to me says they don't care about their consumers
