Tiger Brands you do not deserve the 1 star rating but I was forced to give you that rating in order to move on with my review. I am utterly disgusted, over the last few months I have purchased numerous tiger brands items which had to be thrown into the bin, note it was still many months to his best before date. For normal hardworking South Africans I cannot understand why such pathetic items are even on shelves at any store. I probably only called Tiger Brands twice to complain and was sent vouchers and obviously a less than sincere "sorry" however on my third call to tiger brands I received the most appalling service and attitude from what was supposed to be a "customer service agent". I purchased fattis and monis pasta and upon putting it into the pot of boiling water noticed a spider in the pasta and larvae, obviously the pasta is wet. The rude agent told me that they would arrange for it to be collected and sent for testing and within a week I would be contacted. A week after the initial call I received a call from the very same rude individual who wanted to know why the pasta was mouldy, hellllloooooooo, I said to you that I put the pasta in boiling water thus it got mouldy by the time it got to you guys, this made me question if you guys at Tiger Brands actually have a testing lab or do uneducated and rude "customer service agents" double up as lab technicians. On my initial call when i mentioned to this agent that it is unacceptable that I need to take time out of my busy schedule to phone you to complain, she said to me, "you only called twice", so Tiger Brands maybe consider lowering your prices if you know customers have to constantly call to tell you how to do your jobs properly. To date sadly I have received no feedback whatsoever. TIGER BRANDS, your staff are just as pathetic as the quality of your products, be rest assured I will never purchase a product from TIGER BRANDS ever again and I will definitely tell everyone on every platform possible about how disgusting you are TIGER BRANDS. Catch a wake up or close your doors, we work hard for our money, I should never have to call to complain about ROTTEN ******* that you insist on stocking shelves with neither should I waste my time writing this review, I have a life to live. Please send your staff for training especially on basic etiquette and stop producing *******.
