Tigerbrands - Time to Pay for far to long they got away......

Was employer by Tiger Brands.

Seeing and following the complaints and charges laid by consumers being infected with Listeriosis is scarry. It is a concern and alarming fear that had my attention instantly, knowing the non conformance practise daily and external audits Food Safety Management Certification ISO 22000:1 was regular concerns but not limited. - Bacteria swaps not done frequently and often enough on manufacture equipment and production area - non compliant on proper enclosed building in food production and storage areas ( highly exposed to bird droppings, rats, highly infected previous identified insects) - lack of high intense hygiene measures and management on continuous and daily management

I say: "Department of Health should take serious action and legal prosecution measures"

They have hided all there mistakes for far too long....

They should stand trail and be prosecuted accordingly.

!!!!!!!!QUESTION TO BE ANSWERED!!!!!!!

DID TIGER BRANDS LEGAL APPOINTEE (16.1) OF COMPANY????

Practise due diligence is the level of judgement, care, prudence, determination, and activity that a person would reasonably be expected to do under particular circumstances. App**** to occupational health and safety, due diligence means that employers shall take all reasonable precautions, under the particular circumstances, to prevent injuries or accidents in the workplace and supplying customers. This duty also applies to situations that are not addressed elsewhere in the occupational health and safety legislation. Reasonable precautions are also referred to as reasonable care. It refers to the care, caution, or action a reasonable person is expected to take under similar circumstances.

Public deserve to know the honest trought.......
