Tiger brands white star super maize meal competition

So apparently there's this competition going on of a white star super maize meal. So I bought 5kg white star maize meal then there are instructions for the competition I opened the bag the found the unique code that I should type for the competition on their Watsapp so when I typed the code it states that it's a wrong code I even emailed them then they called me said they fixed it then they gave me anew Watsapp no to type the code which I dd still its giving me the same issue. So can u guys help me.
