Tiger Brands still uses additives banned in other parts of the world

Reading through the ingredients on your Rose's Lemon Marmalade I saw you are adding E104 (Quinoline Yellow) as a colourant. E104, together with E102, E110, E122, E124, E129 and E211 have been banned in the UK since 2008 (https://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/food-and-drink/news/food-agency-calls-for-ban-on-six-artificial-colours-807806.html) because of their string link to ADHD. In the article the reserachers are quoted to say that these additives are as harmful as lead in petrol. Why then, would Tiger Brands continue to use this in their food products?
