I bought a Hugo's mixed friend jam product and it's very liquid like. It's not completely solid jelly like all other times. It's difficult to spread as it's soaking into the bread. I contacted them 2023-08-02 18:29 and until now the issue is not resolved. They think nothing of what they sell to you and of the quality provided. Absolutely no customer service. I've reached out again and still no respond from them. I HAVE BEEN GHOSTED BY TIGER BRANDS FOR LETTING THEM KNOW OF THEIR LIQUID JAM. This should be called mixed fruit syrup and not jam. #Tiger brands rotten service.
