Tiger brands poor customer service

Found hard kind of metal form off substance in product(Damascus nougat bars) and report it and got feed back saying the they are really sorry due to a quality fault and will send me a voucher ofR60 which I said that ridiculous agent was rude said I don't have a choice can't even speak to any management for me calling so many time said she is sending the voucher on my phone recieved a voucher that is invalid dealing with the customer service at tiger brands is very poor
