Tiger brands Oats has black moving objects inside.

I bought Oats porridge this year ,roughly before expiry date it has some moving objects inside.I wrote to their whats app number per Call centre agent,up until today no reply as yet.What must i do with the Oats,since expiry date its in July 2024.Kindly assist me
