Tiger Brands: No Customer Care Service

I bought two cans of Kair Mousse on the same day from the same supplier, Dischem. I used the one but when I wanted to use the other one, only clear liquid came out of the can - no mousse. I reported it to Tiger Brands, was told the relevant department would contact me and that is where it stopped. Follow-up e-mails resulted in firstly automated responses and then by e-mails saying my complaint has been "updated". They do not respond to HelloPeter posts so it is probably pointless to even post it here but miracles do happen - sometimes!
