Tiger Brands Medical Aid useless
After emailing supporting documents for a procedure, Tiger Brands Medical aid acknowledged receiving the emails. Following several days of complete silence, I contacted them to confirm the status of my application. I was then told that the documents were sent to the wrong department and that they would need another two days to process the application. After being passed from one *********** operator to the next, they turned down the procedure. I was told that there is an alternative procedure, but no one could tell me what it is or who to speak to. Every time I asked to speak to a manager or someone with authority, they would either just put down the phone or transfer me to a phone that never gets answered.

I can't believe that a company that relies on the private sector for their survival would treat their clients with such impunity.
