Tiger brands med aid have gone down hill!

Tiger brands has gone down hill, I am shocked that it's taken me so long just get nublizer after mine has broken, mine is year and 3 months old. It's flu season and battling to breath, gone Dr twice, one reason being I have a motivation letter for a nublizer, send info Tiger brands day laster got email they need qoute OK no problem got qoute send it, 2 day later call them see how long is it going take, no they haven't got it yet please send again, send it again call them 7 or 8 later OK they got it but it is going take about 10 days are you joking? 10 days when it's flu season, I can't breath cause I am sick, I am already on disability and on chronic meds and have over R8000 in routine care but no 10 days for thing that is unless than R500. I have no idea what is happening with them, been with for 14 years! So you would rather me go to hospital and use R1000s or R10 000s of cause it takes to long get nublizer? It's very disappointed and very unhappy with tiger brands.
