Tiger Brands Macaroni Faulty Batches, no response

Unfortunately, I have a complaint regarding the Fattis & Monis 500g Macaroni, Code ***. The manufacturing date was 14/08/20, and the expiry date was 14/02/23. I purchased it at our local Checkers.

This batch was not up to standard - the macaroni was almost cut in half lengthwise, and looked terrible when cooked. Please see attached photos. I have a Deli, and had to throw the batches away, since I cannot serve this to my customers. The packaging was not affected, but almost all the noodles were cut in the length, not making a signature closed circle.

I sent an email two weeks ago already to the contact details on the packet and their website. No response, not even an auto generated "Thank you we received your email and will attend to it".

This being such a big corporation, I expected prompt response, but sadly have not received any.

Such a disappointment.
