Tiger Brands lack thought and tack for the moms and babies

Purchased baby pouches for my little one for the first time as a stay at home mom I make all his food and fortunately for him it didn’t get to his mouth because I decided to take it first to see if it’d be edible for him. And the weirdness that took place in my mouth. I immediately knew there was something wrong. I was sick for two days, purging from both ends. Expiry dates were for 2024. They only took x2 of the punches from the x5 I purchased. And told me that I had to go back to the Game store I purchased them from.

So that for me showed that they actually don’t care. I took two days to recover from their product now they’re telling they don’t want to take the rest of the product that belongs to them I must take my time and fuel with a small baby to return the remainder of a product that I was not willing to even feed my son. I think what disappointed me the most is that I was sent a R50 voucher retrievable from Shoprite or Checkers. Not equivalent to the run around they made me go through. Also I did not buy from those stores now I’m forced to find a Shoprite which I despise because it has its own issues hence I didn’t buy from them in the first place. And the nearest checkers from my house is 6 malls away from my home. Then the voucher which came had an expiry date. So when I actually did get the chance to find myself at a checkers store the little rand voucher had expired.

I now know for sure that I’ll never buy any purity products for my son let alone recommend it to any of my pregnant clients.

The Rhodes brand, Squish is a much better product.
