TIGER BRANDS & fattis & monis do not respond to Product queries

I wrote to TIGER BRANDS with a query about about Fattis & Monis & their types of pasta, using a an email address on the corporate website on Feb 15. I got a reference number TB***. The automated reply advised they will be in touch. I have since resent the mail numerous times Feb 24, March 2& 8 and again on March 15. I used the avenues available to me - - to address it in writing, all to NO AVAIL. NO RESPONSES at all. Nice position to be in that you do not have to feedback to clients and/or prospective clients....
