Tiger Brands and Beacon chocolates

Bought two Beacon White Chocolate with Original Jelly Tots bars from PickNPay Zeerust in May. Discovered one bar was completely only chocolate with no Jelly Tots. Contacted Tiger Brands Consumer Services as per information on the packaging, received a reference and 3 months later still no response or outcome. Nothing. ****mers.
