TIGER BRANDS-ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

Good day We bought 2Kg Tastic rice from a reputable vendor during April 2024, When we opened the packet on the 02 May 2024 to cook the rice we found worms therein. I immediately notified the company through the email address for the consumer care-line, to date this issue remains unresolved. The company does not care about the customer nor to identify how this could have happened to prevent a recurrence. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING TIGER BRANDS, ONCE AGAIN YOU SHOW HOW LITTLE YOU VALUE CUSTOMERS!!! Regards Kenny Naidoo ***
