Tiger Brands

I sent the below to Tiger Brands and nothing has happened since. An automatic reply came back that they would contact me in 48 hours, still waiting.

I bought a pack of Tastic Basmati Rice 2kg, when I cooked it last night about 15 weevils floated to the top of the water. I checked the rest and found more weevils inside the rice. Hopefully they have not infected the rest of my food. Quite disappointed.
