Tiger BrandPurity & Elizabeth Annes's - Head To Toe Wash

<p>Please be informed that we purchased the Purity & Elizabeth Anne’s – head to toe wash from Baby Boom Trade Route Mall Lenasia on the 15-03-2017 and this product surely does not conform to quality standards.</p> <p>When the product was used on my granddaughter (1 year old) it did not form into a leathering or foam substance when massaged onto the baby’s hair and body.
