Tiger Brand Snack Mix

Bought a snack mix. Seems like nuts inside went bad. Packet still within exp date. Phoned customer care three weeks ago (4 May). Gave me a complaint nr. Indicated that they will collect the item bought. Gave me a whats app nr to send full complaint to. To date the whats app have not been reed, packet not collected and no feedback received.
