Tiger Brand short term Insurance Play hard Ball

On the 28 February I was driving in Masakhane Street on my way out of Katlehong - Tshongweni . A Volkswagen Polo came from nowhere right infont of my car, I had no way to turn or stop because the care came from the opposite side of the road. it came from the other side of the center isle that divide the on coming cars. The driver Hezekia a young man who i established worked for Tiger Brand as a Sales representative - I asked his Particulars which he gave freely, I asked if i could call him when the situation simmer down he immediately referred me to his manager Themba and gave me his cell number, incidentally he was at the accident scene checking on Hezekia who i think suffered from whip-lash. The next day i called the manager Themba who referred me to another manager I think his name was Mbuyselo he was very sympathetic and understood the situation i found myself in. He told me that he would talk to the insurance Just a brief synopsis about my predicament - I am not working as a pensioner and it is not easy to find a job to maintain payments on my insurance . At the time of the accident I did not have insurance on my car I The next two days he the manager did not call so i decided to call him myself - He told me that because I did not have an insurance their insurance said they will not repair my car. because if I had insurance they would have paid my excess and my insurance would have paid for the repairs on my car. - Its 6 months down the line and they are still not prepared to repair my car. I know that I have a few options - this is one case number: 230/02/2018
