Tastic Rice Tiger Brands

I purchased a 2kg Tastic rice from my local pick n pay store in December 2019. The packet was completely sealed, however when I opened the packet of rice today there were black and brown grains of rice with something that looked like little cobwebs. Absolutely horrified.
