Tastic rice has weevils

Over 2 months ago I wrote to Tiger Brands regarding a packet of Tastic Rice I had purchased a month or so earlier, and which was still SEALED, which had weevils in it. Initially I was asked to send photos of the packet, BB date etc., which I did without delay. To date, I have written to them twice more, but I am still waiting for am answer. All I am told is that it has been forwarded to the relevant department. This company, due to its size, is SO ARROGANT! Their service is NON-EXISTENT, let alone poor. They don't even deserve the 1 star that I had to use in order to write this review. I did warn them that, is I had not heard back by yesterday, Monday 17 October, that I would resort to Hello Peter and Social Media. I am disgusted!!
