Tastic rice

I bought 6 x 2kg tastic rice on the 26 October2024 at Game the Glen. When I opened the first one, it was floating insects so I threw it away and opened another one only to find the same problem when I was rinsing it. So I decided 'scan/sieve' through it little by little, I got even more angrier when I found worms. So I filled a complaint with tiger brands and sent them photos as proof along with all my details and told them i will keep the remaining 4 packx that are unopened for them to pick up, that was in 8 November 2024, they responded that they will get back to me. When time went by without any feedback from them, I sent another email to follow up, that was on the 15 November 2024, and they responded that they will get back to me. They've been radio silence ever since. Im still sitting their bug rice and am worried if I throw it away maybe if they finally they will finally get back to me they will need it back. But I can't keep it because the temperature is very hot and will create more bugs. This whole thing is annoying!
