Stones in Albany Bread

I have a complaint which I would like prospective Albany Bread buyers to be very wary of when making sandwiches. I recently bought a “wholewheat Low GI brown bread”. I made myself a sandwich & while eating same, bit into something very hard! - on inspecting what I had bitten on, found it to be a small stone (thought it was a hard seed, but not). During this unforeseen incident I had chipped off a piece of my top left tooth and needed to see my dentist to have it repaired. I sent an e-mail to Tiger Brands Company Secretary, advising them what I encountered. Needless to say, to date never had a courtesy call back. Today I received a telephone call from Tiger Brands Customer Care Department to advise that they will not be compensating me for any claim? I of course was terribly annoyed at this call AS AT NO STAGE DID I CLAIM OR ASK FOR COMPENSATION - I only intended to make Tiger Brands aware of this for future happenings. Not a company I will in future care to support buying their bread.
