Star Maize Meal Worms

I bought 10kg of White Star Maize Meal expiring 18/01/2024 last month from Spar hyper. I found worms inside and immediately reported the incident on 29/05/2023. A consultant asked me to send pictures of the worms and package detals on Watsapp. I did as told and was advised that a courier will collect in 72hrs. When there was no response in 72hrs, I sent an email, I followed up on Watsapp, then I decided to call again on 12/06/2023. I was advised that the matter was escalated and I should receive feedback in 72hrs. No response until today.
