Staple/Wire in albany lunch sandwich bread

Staple/Wire was found in the sandwhich whilst having lunch.Albany bread was purchased from Sutherland SPAR and the spar manager pushed us back to albany who were contacted and have not seen the seriousness of this matter in question.Numerous attempts have been made to contact them which have been fruitless.We therefore reaches this point to highlight it on hellopeter.Can this matter get seriousness attention and be amicably resolves with an agreement in place.

Spoke to salo on the 2nd September 2020.Bread was purchased from Sutherland Spar on the 30th August 2020.
